How CraveBreaker works

Built for the moment of the craving — and every day around it.

01

Rescue

One tap opens free craving support: a grounding reset, a small puzzle, a timer, your reasons, routine swaps and people to reach.

02

Prepare

Build a personal quit plan in about two minutes — stop on a date, cut back first, or keep going after you've quit.

03

Learn

Log cravings in seconds. Patterns appear only once there's enough of your own data to be meaningful.

04

Continue

Honest progress: your quit date, current stretch, total vape-free days and milestones that reflect what you did.

Honest progress

Track what you actually did. Nothing invented.

Many quit apps show heart and lung “recovery” timers. Those figures mostly come from studies of people quitting cigarettes — and a timer can't measure your body. CraveBreaker shows your own record instead.

How we track progress
  • Original quit date and current stretch

Shown separately, so a lapse never rewrites history.

  • Total vape-free days

    Keeps counting across every attempt.

  • Cravings, triggers and what helped

Patterns appear only when you've logged enough.

  • Estimated spending avoided

From your own baseline, labelled as an estimate.

A hard day doesn't erase your progress.

Record a lapse, look at what happened, and choose your next step — without losing your quit date, your total vape-free days or the milestones you earned.

After a lapse

Frequently asked questions

What can I do when I crave vaping?

Cravings are temporary. Try to delay, change what you're doing, breathe slowly, drink water or talk to someone — Health Canada's “5 Ds”. The free craving tool on this page lets you start one of those right away.

Is CraveBreaker free?

Yes, it's free to download. All craving tools, support resources, your quit plan, craving log, journal, progress record and savings estimate are free. Optional Premium (weekly, annual or a one-time lifetime purchase) adds more plan missions, preparation sessions, detailed insights and a monthly money report.

Does CraveBreaker work offline?

Yes. Your plan, craving tools, logs and progress are stored on your iPhone and work without an internet connection. Purchases need a connection.

Does the app track my health recovery?

No. A timer can't measure your body, and many recovery timelines online come from research on quitting cigarettes. CraveBreaker tracks things you record — time since your quit date, cravings, triggers and savings — and labels its educational content as general information with sources.

What happens if I vape after quitting?

You can record it without losing your history. Your original quit date, total vape-free days and earned milestones stay; your current stretch starts again.

Can I quit vaping gradually?

Health Canada notes you can reduce gradually or stop all at once. CraveBreaker supports both: choose “cutting back first” and keep a quit date as your goal.

Is my data private?

Your craving logs, journal, reasons and plan stay on your iPhone. There's no account, no ads and no analytics. Purchases are processed by Apple and verified by RevenueCat using an anonymous ID.

Your next craving doesn't need to win.

Have a plan ready on your iPhone — free craving support, private and offline.
